You must be exempt from taxation under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code to be eligible for applying for a grant.  Grant applications are accepted only in response to active solicitations.  Unsolicited applications are not considered.  Submissions must adhere to the requirements set forth in the solicitation and address a problem that is relevant to the U.S. mining industry.
